What counts as a visit?
One purchase per calendar day, across all locations. Online and in-store both count. Order size doesn't matter — a Dirty Dip is the same as a Combo.
Can I climb tiers by spending instead of visiting?
Yes. Misdemeanor unlocks at 10 visits or $200 spent. Felon unlocks at 25 visits or $500 spent. Whichever comes first.
Do my points expire?
Points stay live as long as you've ordered something within the last 12 months. Go silent for a year and they're gone.
Once I'm a Felon, can I lose it?
No. Tiers are permanent — Misdemeanor and Felon both. Once you're in, the rap sheet doesn't get cleared.
When do birthday and anniversary rewards land?
Auto-applied to your account on the day. Single-use, valid 14 days. No code, no coupon — just claim it on your next order.
Can I stack rewards?
Yes. Free is free. Birthday burger plus a redeemed combo plus a Felon side upgrade — load it up.
What about big group orders?
One transaction = one visit. A $60 family order counts the same as a $13 solo burger. The points scale with spend, but the visit count doesn't.
